high quality that we know is important to our customers. Our farm fresh west country
meats include lamb from the undulating hills of the Mendips and Chilterns; our
beef is reared in traditional style on the rich green pastures for which Somerset
is renowned. Our naturally fed pigs provide meat with a deliciously tender texture
and with that all-important crispy crackling!
Our succulent home-made
sausages are real prize winners! We mix the best of the olde worlde
recipes with the best prime ingredients and a pinch of our own special touch to
create mouth-watering bangers that are the pride of any meal.
We recommend our
popular local Somerset Dry Cured Back Bacon. It is lean, dry to cut and has an
excellent delicious flavour that comes from the best prime Somerset Pork, cured
on our own premises.
