Ho! Ho! Ho! Let's Talk turkey! Part 3

So your amazing Christmas dinner was delicious! It went down very well but you have a few left overs - what do you do?

 

This is post number three in our Let's Talk turkey trilogy - Part 1 is here and Part 2 is here!

 

Many families have favourite recipes with how they like to use up their leftovers - epic sandwiches, cold meats with bubble and squeak or curries to name a few 'traditional' solutions! My favourites are one pot recipes - after the manic preparations in the run up to Christmas it's lovely to just chuck everything in one pot and let the cooker do the work for you!

 

There are so many options to use your left overs up! Boil up the bones for some great stock that you can chill and freeze for later use. You could mash up the veg for bubble and squeak which is also a great freezer filler!

 

So here I have scoured the interwebs for a few fuss free recipes to help use up your leftovers!
